Acknowledgement of Country

The Waiting Room Psychology is based on the lands of the Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge them as the Traditional Custodians of this land, and recognise their enduring relationship to Country—one that extends far beyond ownership, into care, story, and connection. We pay our deepest respects to Boon Wurrung Elders past and present, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who continue to lead, nurture, and protect the cultural, spiritual, and ecological knowledge of these lands. We recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
